Mesh Connector acts as a Wi-Fi repeater, which helps bridge the distance between devices and links indoor workstations to the Wi-Fi mesh network. Its powerful transmission and outstanding reception capabilities guarantee the best service.

  • Transparent Functionality - Mesh Connector works as a layer-2 repeater, allowing users to roam about freely within the expanded coverage area without any interrupted service or IP address change.
  • True Layer-2 Repeater - Together with PePWave True Address Gateway, Mesh Connector is able to overcome 802.11 protocol limitations and enable layer-2 user authentication at your subscriber/access gateway.
  • Always-ON Wi-Fi Access Point - A PePWave exclusive feature, the integrated Wi-Fi AP is always-ON even if there is no connection to the mesh / Citywide Wi-Fi.
  • Two Devices in One - The PePWave Mesh Connector connects to the mesh, while at the same time, wirelessly and transparently serves an indoor local area Wi-Fi network consisting of multiple 802.11b/g devices.
  • Rugged Enclosure - Rugged aluminum enclosure enables the deployment in a variety of locations and embedded applications.
  • High Power Indoor Access Point and Receive Sensitivity - Equipped with a high-power radio unit, Mesh Connector provides strong transmit power to facilitate enhanced Wi-Fi signal penetration.
